This immersive, year-long residency places you alongside our staff and ministry teams—learning to cross cultures for the Gospel, mobilize God's people on God's mission, equip the saints for the work of ministry, and engage in the everyday life of the church. You’ll receive intentional discipleship, leadership coaching, and opportunities to step into meaningful ministry, all while being surrounded by a team that genuinely cares about your character and development. Whether you end up serving at Veritas or following God’s call somewhere else, this residency will equip you with the skills, confidence, and conviction to serve the Church faithfully.
