The Sending Summer Internship supports the Sending & Missions Department at Veritas by helping Veritas grow as a church committed to everyday missions—locally, globally, and cross-culturally. This role focuses on building relationships, assisting with international ministry, and helping create environments that mobilize people toward missional engagement. Interns gain hands-on ministry experience while growing as disciples and participating in staff culture at Veritas Church. The College Ministry Residency immerses leaders in the heart of our ministry to college students and young adults—helping them encounter Jesus, grow in discipleship, and join the mission of the local church. Residents learn to lead worship gatherings, equip student leaders, disciple individuals, teach Scripture, and cultivate a culture of evangelism and community on campus. This residency is ideal for passionate leaders who desire to invest deeply in students, sharpen their ministry skillset, and play a vital role in helping the next generation follow Jesus.

The Veritas Sending Residency is an immersive, ministry training experience designed to form gospel-centered leaders who will serve the Church with character, competence, and clarity—whether at Veritas or in other ministries. Residents receive personal discipleship, hands-on ministry exposure across multiple environments, and close coaching from seasoned leaders.
