This year-long experience places you right in the heart of Family Ministry—walking alongside parents, discipling kids and students, supporting leaders, and helping shape the environments where the next generation meets Jesus.

As a Family Ministry Resident, you’ll gain real ministry experience each week through Kids and Youth programming, small-group discipleship, volunteer development, and strategic planning for Sunday mornings, mid-week gatherings, and seasonal events. You’ll also receive personal coaching, theological training, and the opportunity to develop practical tools for discipleship—curriculum resources, parent guides, leader training, and more.

This residency is designed to be fun, stretching, and deeply meaningful. You’ll build relationships across generations, grow your confidence in ministry, and develop a compelling vision for discipling families in the local church. Whether God leads you into future ministry at Veritas or somewhere else, this season will sharpen your skills, clarify your calling, and strengthen your walk with Jesus.
